中性白光LED与冷白光LED在街道照明应用中的差异

基于预算紧张的考量,采用LED的照明可以通过更少的维护周期和省电的创新调光技术节省电费。近几年来经过技术的演进,LED在光度输出、发光效率和使用寿命上已经有了明显的改善,因此对于各种过去使用其他光源的广大应用越来越具吸引力,特别是路灯就是目前可以使用LED技术加以解决的应用。

基于LED的路灯首先于几年前在街道上出现,尽管它们主要被用于展示设计概念或是校园测试灯。黄色荧光粉在当时是唯一可用且稳定的、用以搭配蓝光芯片产生白光输出的荧光粉之一。大部分这些路灯都采用冷白光LED设计,色温约在6000K甚至更高。不幸的是,大部分人并不喜欢这些路灯发出的冷白光线,部分甚至抱怨冷白光会带来寒冷的感觉。另外,还有人觉得色彩在冷白光源的照射下显得苍白。

LED和荧光粉制造商听到了对于第一代原型设置的反馈,并且开始面向街道照明应用开发出使用较为自然、4000K色温的新型中性白光高亮度输出LED。举例来说,安华高科技(Avago)的ASMT-JN32-NVV01就能以350mA电流提供100lm或700mA电流提供160lm的最低典型4000K相关色温(CCT)光度输出。

LM-80 LED寿命测试建议标准要求LED光源必须要有最少35,000小时的寿命,较新的大功率LED在高结温下最少可以达到60,000小时(L70, B10)。以每天平均12个小时(一年大约4400小时)的使用时间来看,使用最新LED技术的路灯可以轻易达到10年寿命而不需要更换光源。由产品封装的角度来看,现代LED封装拥有6~9℃/W(K/W)的低热阻。这有助于尽可能把热量从结点传递到散热片。另外,不同结温下的光度输出也非常稳定,25℃/到110℃/结温范围内的变化不到20%。

For example, Annwa high tech (Avago) ASMT-JN32-NVV01 can provide 100lm or 700mA current with 350mA current, providing 160lm's lowest typical 4000K related color temperature (CCT) luminosity output.
