内含25颗UVC LED,Laser Components推出Bolb表杀设备

Laser Components公司推出了Bolb的UVC LED灯具Blazar。该装置可用于表面消毒,其尺寸大约相当于一个手持式聚光灯,光源由25个UVC LED组成,可发出2.0W的UVC光线。灯具上的锥形反射器可以实现55度的光束角

UVC LED灯具Blazar的消毒效果已在多项研究中得到证实。例如,广州微生物研究所对冠状病毒hCoV-229E在距离1米和照射时间下60秒的条件下的灭杀效果为为Log4(99.99%)。不过这一数值因灭杀对象不同而异。

 

UVC LED灯具Blazar发射器的操作简单,照射时间、照射间隔、重复率等重要因素均可通过设备背面按键进行调节。由于UVC光线照射方向是往前面而且光线受反射器调节,因此,UVC光线对站在设备后面的操作人员不构成任何危险。

 

据此前报道,Bolb的UVC LED阵列已用于帮助武汉抗击冠状病毒疫情,守护白衣战士的安全。Bolb的UVC LED阵列的功率在1.2 W至2.5 W之间,发出的UVC不仅能杀死MRSA等抗药性细菌,而且能杀死冠状病毒。

 

 

在火神山医院,该项技术被用于在医生和护理人员进入或离开冠状病毒隔离病房时对他们的防护服进行消毒。医生和护理人员接受来自四面八方的高效紫外线照射,照射时间约为30秒。所选波长在短时间内改变病毒RNA,使其对人不再构成威胁。由于防护服能防止紫外线辐射,所以对人体没有危险。为了使不可见的紫外线辐射在工作时让人知晓,防护装置的头罩涂上一层荧光漆,一旦UVC LED被激活,荧光漆就会亮起来。

 

Laser Components has launched Blazar, a UVC LED lamp from Bolb. The device can be used for surface disinfection. Its size is approximately equivalent to a handheld spotlight. The light source consists of 25 UVC LEDs and can emit 2.0W of UVC light. The tapered reflector on the lamp can achieve a beam angle of 55 degrees.
 
The disinfection effect of UVC LED lamps Blazar has been confirmed in many studies. For example, the Guangzhou Institute of Microbiology's killing effect of the coronavirus hCoV-229E at a distance of 1 meter and an irradiation time of 60 seconds is Log4 (99.99%). However, this value varies depending on the target to be killed.
 
The operation of the Blazar emitter of UVC LED lamps is simple, and important factors such as irradiation time, irradiation interval, and repetition rate can be adjusted through the keys on the back of the device. Since the UVC light irradiation direction is forward and the light is adjusted by the reflector, the UVC light does not pose any danger to the operator standing behind the equipment.
