UVA+UVC!这家韩国公司“防病毒空气清洁通风系统”批量生产

据韩国媒体报道,Daelim Industrial公司(韩国大林产业股份公司)开发了使用UV LED光催化技术的“防病毒空气清洁通风系统”,并首次进入了批量生产阶段。值得一提的是,添加了冷气和除湿模式的复合换气装置已经完成了产品开发,并计划进行应用。

 
■产品开发和发布速度很快

■除菌方式及抗菌·抗病毒性能

Daelim Industrial has always tried to proactively provide solutions by determining which factors will be emphasized in the future and what consumers want.

Recently, due to the occurrence of new coronaviruses and the increasing demand for virus response solutions, anti-virus ventilation systems prepared to meet market demand have been rapidly released.
 
■ Sterilization method and antibacterial and antiviral performance
 
The anti-virus performance sterilization method uses the UV LED photocatalyst method. Compared with existing technologies such as plasma and mercury lamps, its ozone emission is very low, and has few side effects, and has excellent sterilization ability. In the development process, the process of arranging the position of the UV module and the filter has been optimized. Researched how to use the most effective filter to arrange the position of short wave (such as UVC and UVA), how to order the most effective, to ensure the sterilization performance even under high air volume, and to apply the algorithm based on human factors for optimal control.
 
In this anti-virus ventilation system, the shortest ultraviolet short-wave UVC is directly irradiated to eliminate bacteria and viruses attached to the HEPA filter. In addition, by irradiating with UVA with a longer wavelength than UVC, it also promotes the production of OH⁻ (free radical hydroxide) of the TiO 2 (titanium dioxide) photocatalyst. OH⁻ is a material that is safe for the human body and has excellent bactericidal power and sterilizing power. The generated OH⁻ is widely spread in the ventilation system to disinfect the air passing or trapped.
 
As a result, according to the Korea Institute of Technology (KTL) test, according to the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology (KTL) test, the reduction rate of planktonic bacteria was 96.7%, the reduction rate of planktonic viruses was 96.8%, and the ozone concentration was 0.009ppm. This anti-virus ventilation system not only has anti-bacterial and anti-virus functions, but also adds a variety of functions such as silence, block, air purification, intelligent detection, and artificial intelligence control. Because each element technology is proven, performance and stability are also trustworthy.
 
The product passed the technical verification of internal and external experts in the development stage, the performance verification of the testing agency in the development completion stage, and the empirical test in the market stage. Therefore, Daelim Industrial plans to designate suitable bases from the second half of this year and introduce them to each generation in turn.
 
In addition, a combined ventilation system with air-conditioning and dehumidification functions was developed with AOL, and final performance verification is expected to be completed by the end of June.
